EtonHouse Thomson opens IB Year 2 and 3 classes in August 2016

Starting August 2016, our campus at Thomson will offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) for students up to the age of 12. The launch of the programme will begin with Year 2 and 3 classes, for students aged 7 and 8 respectively.

The Primary Programme at Thomson is supported by our International School campus at Broadrick Road in the East Coast, which has run a distinguished Primary programme for 18 years. Like Broadrick, EtonHouse Thomson will offer a truly integrated bilingual programme throughout its primary school classes, with an English and Mandarin teacher interacting with the students in both languages during the day. This consistent exposure to both languages at all times is an extension of what we offer in the early years, and enables students to think and understand concepts in two different languages and communicate effectively.

Our current pre-school children will enjoy the option of a seamless transfer to either Thomson campus for Primary school education, or our Broadrick campus for Primary and Secondary years.
