At Nature Pre-School, we are proud of our global teaching community and the wealth of knowledge and experience this diversity brings us.

As a Reggio-Emilia inspired Pre-School and International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, our teachers are experienced in the Primary Years Programme and are strong advocates for bilingual inquiry-based learning and teaching.

At Nature Pre-School, we handpick educators that hold relevant qualifications in education and only accept those that specialise in early childhood education. We believe this is pivotal in providing quality educational learning.

Our focus on continued professional development and being life-long learners ensures that as a team, we are constantly reflecting and developing our pedagogy in order to provide our students with the a strong start in their educational journey.

At Nature Pre-School, we teach in class teams which allows us to tailor our bilingual programme to the individual needs of our children. Within our co-teaching teams we have a Core Teacher, Associate Teacher and Mandarin teacher, whom all work together to plan, facilitate and document learning and progression.

In addition, we are privileged to have three specialist teachers, a Librarian, Atelierista and Physical Education Coach. They work with the children and their teachers to further supplement their inquiries throughout the year.
