Application Procedures
Documents required
On enrolment, please submit the following forms/documents to the office:
(No. 1 and 2 are available from the admission office)
- Registration Form
- ECDA Form 3
- Singaporeans/PRs – I/Cs of parents & child’s birth certificate (copies – front & back)
Child of PR – I/Cs of parents, birth certificate, and a copy of re-entry permit (stamp on passport) required
Expatriates – Employment / Dependent Passes of Parents & Child (copies – front & back), birth certificate and passport - Immunization Record (Copy)
- Transport Request Form (if necessary)
Upon Registration
What to pack to school:
– A set clothes for change (and at least one set of underwear – if toilet trained; 2 diapers if child is not toilet-trained) & a water bottle.
– A pair of indoor shoes (to be kept in preschool)
